The Laggan Estates Water extends to about 5.5 miles of double bank fishing for salmon and sea trout. The Fishings extend from the sea to Laggan Bridge. In total there are 38 named pools. All pools are accessible by vehicle and little walking or wading is required. The Fishings are divided into 4 beats each accommodating up to 4 rods. The Beats rotate on a daily basis. Weekly and daily rods are available. Accommodation is available on the Estate if required.

Islay Estates also has salmon and sea trout fishing on the River Laggan, upstream of Laggan Estate. The water is best fished in high water although there are a number of holding pools on the 3 mile stretch of water. Islay Estates has limited salmon and sea trout fishing available on the River Sorn, again fishing is best during spate conditions. Day tickets for salmon and sea trout fishing are available from the Estate Office in Bridgend.
